What you'll do

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot business telecommunications systems
• service VoIP phones, phone systems, network equipment, and communications hardware
• run, terminate, and test Cat5e, Cat6, and other low-voltage cabling
• install and maintain racks, patch panels, switches, and routers
• diagnose voice, data, connectivity, and call-quality issues
• configure phone features
• document service work
• explain basic system operation to customers.
