What you'll do

• Respond to guest, vendor, and owner calls, emails, and chats
• address reservation questions and concerns
• create and delegate maintenance and housekeeping tickets when applicable
• verify unit availability for vendor or realtor visits
• meet guest satisfaction, accuracy, efficiency, and inquiry-conversion standards
• identify potential owner leads and pass them to the business development representative
• maintain communication with internal support teams.
