What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, floors, walls, and facility infrastructure
• conduct allergen washdowns and post-production sanitation
• monitor chemical concentrations and titrations
• maintain sanitation equipment and supply inventory
• follow safety and food safety protocols, including PPE, lockout/tagout, and chemical handling
• complete sanitation logs
• participate in audits and inspections
• communicate with production and QA teams
• support ATP swabbing and pathogen sampling.
