• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including molding production and robotics employees
• maintain employee schedules and production-related sales shipments
• maintain equipment, machines, and supplies
• ensure required PPE use
• keep forklift records and certifications current
• approve weekly employee time
• organize warehouse areas and tools
• apply OSHA standards
• resolve bottlenecks by redistributing resources
• coach employees
• monitor quality and processes
• report downtime and issues to production leaders.
