What you'll do

• Partner with Product and Engineering on clinical data collection, workflow logic, and EHR standards
• support users onboarding during initial pilots
• create and hire for the Health Guide patient-support role
• map and refine patient intake and care-navigation workflows
• inform patient, caregiver, clinician, and health-system content
• develop clinical screening guardrails, decision trees, and escalation pathways
• ensure data is structured to support research, clinical trials, and health-system integration.
