What you'll do
- Maintain, repair, and install electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
- complete preventive maintenance schedules and report discrepancies
- follow up on work orders and projects
- respond to requests from guests, managers, and the Chief Engineer
- repair plumbing and electrical systems and replace piping
- maintain equipment, life-safety equipment, sprinkler systems, and fire extinguishers
- keep mechanical rooms safe
- replace filters
- report safety needs.
