Production Packer

Job overview

The Production Packer role is onsite at Kerry's facility in Commerce, CA. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM, on first shift. The starting wage is $26.48 per hour; the role may qualify for shift differential or overtime. The role supports Kerry's Taste Division, producing flavors and extracts for food, beverage, and pet nutrition products. The packer fills, labels, and prepares products for warehouse transport or shipment to customers. The role helps maintain production flow and order accuracy by operating equipment safely, tracking work, and following quality, sanitation, allergen, and safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Pack products to correct weights and specifications
• verify product and shipping labels
• maintain production flow and quality, productivity, and safety standards
• operate forklifts, pumps, mixers, and filters safely
• monitor materials and keep the work area organized
• follow manufacturing, sanitation, allergen, and safety procedures
• track work using SAP and required production processes
• help the team complete orders accurately and on time.

Why this role
