What you'll do

• Verify insurance
• enter data
• call patients to schedule
• assist with marketing campaigns, creative content, and community outreach
• prepare weekly patient reports
• maintain confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines
• help keep the clinic clean and uncluttered
• manage patient flow between the doctor, rehabilitation, and front desk
• maintain patient personal and financial information
• collect patient charges and process third-party claims
• maintain office inventory
• perform other administrative tasks
• make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctor’s treatment plan.
