Personal Care Aide — Assisted Living & Memory Care, Day or Night

The Personal Care Aide role is onsite in Clyde, NC, with full-time 12-hour day or night shifts and every-other-weekend rotation. Pay is $14–$20 per hour. Spicewood Cottages is a four-building community with assisted living and memory care residents. The aide provides hands-on daily care to assigned residents, supporting comfort, safety, and daily routines. The role includes responding to rounds and call lights, assisting with personal care and meals, documenting activities of daily living, reporting changes in condition, and handing off information to the oncoming shift.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
• complete assigned showers
• handle resident laundry and linens
• chart activities of daily living each shift
• promptly report changes in condition
• keep hallways clear, clean wheelchairs and walkers, and report unsafe or broken items
• provide a full report to the oncoming shift.
