What you'll do

• Lead setup, programming, and operation of complex multi-axis CNC and manual machines
• develop machining strategies for aerospace components
• collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on tooling, fixtures, and processes
• inspect parts using precision instruments and validate dimensions and tolerances
• resolve complex machining issues and support root-cause analysis
• mentor machinists
• lead continuous improvement
• follow aerospace quality standards and internal procedures
• participate in product introductions and process validations
• document machining processes, setups, and improvements.
