What you'll do

• Oversee campus operations and care programs
• support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• establish and monitor quality metrics
• coordinate resident discharge, transfer, admission, and move decisions with relevant directors
• support Medicare eligibility review
• ensure regulatory compliance and survey follow-up
• supervise designated staff and support staff development
• maintain relationships with residents, families, and community partners
• assume campus on-call responsibility.
