What you'll do

• Supervise sales team work activities, schedules, training, and adherence to store policies
• complete onboarding for new hires
• assist customers and resolve escalated issues
• receive and verify orders
• operate registers and handle cash safely
• stock shelves and take inventory
• execute merchandising and promotional standards
• serve as keyholder with opening and closing responsibilities
• prepare deposits and sales, month-end, and payroll reports
• support shrink prevention.
