The Customer Service Representative – Custom Fabrication role is onsite in Aurora, CO. Compensation is $22–$27 per hour. The representative turns customer inquiries and project specifications into accurate quotes and manufacturing orders, coordinating with sales and production to support an accurate, efficient order lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Review, enter, and verify custom glass orders
• prepare and deliver quotes by email and phone
• respond to questions about quotes, order status, lead times, and delivery logistics
• coordinate with production leads and sales to verify capabilities and specifications
• monitor job progress and help resolve discrepancies, remakes, customer concerns, and delivery issues.
