What you'll do

• Manage work orders, unit turnovers, preventive maintenance, common areas, and capital project execution
• supervise and develop the maintenance team
• oversee work order assignment and completion
• serve as technical authority across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance
• inspect vacant units and coordinate turns
• conduct documented inspections
• manage vendors
• support capital planning and execution
• maintain compliance records and safety programs
• participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
