What you'll do

• Prepare cost estimates and bid proposals
• review plans, specifications, and traffic control requirements
• calculate labor, equipment, and material costs
• coordinate with operations and field personnel
• track bid opportunities and maintain estimate records
• use Microsoft Office and estimating software
• support project handoff and startup
• communicate with customers about scope and requirements
• analyze profitability and cost trends
• maintain documentation and reporting.
