Clinical Supervisor — LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC

What you'll do

• Provide assessments, treatment planning, and care for an individual caseload across the lifespan
• provide triadic clinical supervision for up to six associate clinicians as practice needs require
• review and sign supervisee notes
• provide feedback to the Regional Director for employee reviews
• support adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards
• collaborate with practice departments to maintain client care
• contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
