Full-Stack Software Engineer

Job overview

The Full-Stack Software Engineer role is onsite in Dallas, TX, five days a week. Base salary is $140,000–$180,000 per year, with equity and a performance-based bonus also described. The engineer supports 4Minds’ enterprise AI platform, which helps organizations build and operate private, domain-specific AI systems. The role builds and maintains features across backend services, APIs, and user-facing interfaces, contributing to a reliable platform that integrates enterprise data and AI services. Working with engineering, product, AI research, and infrastructure teams, the engineer helps deliver scalable capabilities across cloud and on-premises deployments.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack platform features
• architect systems integrating the knowledge graph, data pipeline, and AI services
• build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• develop real-time data flows and WebSocket connections
• design and maintain database schemas and queries
• implement authentication, authorization, and audit capabilities
• collaborate on design systems and reusable components
• maintain microservices across multi-cloud and on-premises deployments
• uphold testing, CI/CD, and engineering practices
• participate in reviews and architecture decisions
• mentor junior engineers.
