Senior Full Stack Developer, Microsoft 365, SharePoint & Power Platform (Hybrid)

Job overview

The Senior Full Stack Developer, Microsoft 365, SharePoint & Power Platform role is hybrid in Bethesda, MD, with at least one onsite day; the onsite requirement may increase based on client needs. Compensation is $100,000–$115,000 per year. The role supports a client in a high-visibility federal health environment as part of the Digital Transformation Team. This developer maintains and modernizes client web platforms through full-lifecycle development, SharePoint support, intranet improvements, accessibility compliance, and Agile DevSecOps delivery. The work includes building integrated Power Platform applications and ensuring solutions are secure, tested, documented, and accessible.

What you'll do

• Develop and support full-stack web systems, SharePoint processes, intranet sites, forms, workflows, and applications
• design Power Platform applications integrated with SharePoint Online, Teams, and Dynamics 365
• respond to staff requests and track work in ServiceNow
• build Canvas Apps and SharePoint Framework components
• maintain source control, documentation, governance standards, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• create test plans and automated tests, support UAT, and meet Section 508 accessibility requirements
• follow change-management and Agile DevSecOps practices
• collaborate with stakeholders and the Web Support Team.
