Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

The Certified Nursing Assistant role is onsite in Chico, CA, with pay of $20–$25 per hour. Autumn Creek Post Acute provides resident care in a post-acute setting. The CNA provides routine nursing care under facility policies and direction from nursing leadership. The role supports residents’ daily needs, safety, comfort, and quality of care through personal care, observation, documentation, and communication with the nursing team.

What you'll do

• Make resident rounds at the start of each shift and every two hours
• verify resident identity
• assist with dressing, meals, hygiene, bathing, toileting, mobility, and activities
• answer call lights
• keep residents clean and comfortable
• observe and report changes, hazards, incidents, and concerns
• document care and intake/output as directed
• follow infection-control and safety procedures.
