What you'll do

• Develop and implement service goals, policies, and procedures
• oversee service operations, field service, technical support, customer success, depot operations, training, inventory, and commercial growth
• conduct customer performance reviews and site visits
• maintain key customer relationships
• manage repair depots and customer assistance centers
• develop and execute regional strategy
• drive service metrics, renewals, warranty conversions, and aftermarket revenue
• improve productivity through Lean/Six Sigma
• lead digital transformation and system integration
• evaluate service-related acquisitions and partnerships
• travel domestically and internationally up to 50–60%.
