What you'll do
- Oversee case management, MDS, and clinical reimbursement across assigned facilities
- ensure compliance with payer requirements
- mentor MDS Coordinators, Case Managers, and interdisciplinary teams
- monitor reimbursement performance and clinical metrics
- audit assessments, care plans, documentation, and reimbursement systems
- develop improvement plans with facility leadership
- provide education on Medicare regulations, PDPM, RAI/MDS, and payer requirements
- assist with surveys and audits
- partner with operations, finance, and clinical leadership.
