Substitute School Nurse

The Substitute School Nurse role is onsite at Premier Charter School in Saint Louis, MO. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. What you'll do

• Assess and provide nursing care for student illness and injury
• administer medications according to physician orders and district policy
• monitor chronic health conditions
• provide first aid and emergency care
• maintain confidential health and medication records
• respond to emergencies and activate EMS when appropriate
• implement individualized healthcare and emergency action plans
• communicate with students, families, school staff, and providers
• support health screenings, wellness initiatives, infection prevention, and a safe health office.

Why this role

As-needed substitute coverage.
