What you'll do

• Lead and supervise skilled labor and work crews on civil construction activities
• understand project schedules, estimates, budgets, job costing, and forecasts
• interpret project procedures, specifications, drawings, and engineering documents
• coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials
• oversee site preparation, earthwork, drainage, foundations, formwork, concrete, carpentry, and reinforcing steel
• ensure crews have needed supplies and prevent waste
• enforce safety rules and participate in JSA procedures and audits.
