What you'll do

• Process online exhibit and graphic upgrade orders in collaboration with exhibitors and internal departments
• support remote inquiries about onsite exhibitor graphics
• handle calls, emails, and chats using Five9
• assist with product, service, billing, technical, and event-related questions
• guide customers through online login and ordering and report website issues
• research and resolve complex inquiries and complaints
• enter orders in Passport, TSS, and CSM
• recommend relevant solutions
• upsell and cross-sell Freeman services
• manage inbound leads, pricing, proposals, budgets, statements of work, payments, and billing terms
• research customer issues and route requests
• assist with special projects.
