The engineer develops and improves manufacturing test systems and procedures to help ensure product quality and production efficiency. Working with engineering, quality, IT, production, and contract manufacturing partners, the role supports test systems from development through production scaling and refinement.

What you'll do

• Define radar manufacturing test and test-station requirements
• design, implement, and maintain production test hardware and software
• support test systems through development, implementation, scaling, and refinement
• integrate systems with cross-functional teams
• evaluate test processes for accuracy, repeatability, and compliance
• select and integrate instrumentation
• analyze test data to improve yield, throughput, and quality
• document procedures and train production staff
• support contract manufacturer test processes
• optimize test strategy.

Why this role

Requires RF/microwave measurement proficiency, Python programming, automated test system design, and 10 or more years of manufacturing test engineering experience. Desired experience includes CAD tools, 3D printing, MES, statistical methods, and Minitab or JMP. Export-controlled technology eligibility will be evaluated.
