What you'll do

• Build relationships with dealer personnel
• analyze accounts and identify loss-control opportunities
• create dealer action plans and contact cadence
• handle or reconcile claims as needed
• perform mechanical inspections based on business need
• review sales, repair orders, and used-car trends
• deliver dealer training
• document activities in Salesforce
• and collaborate with internal partners on dealer retention and acquisitions.
