What you'll do

• Coordinate incoming service requests
• serve as customer contact during repairs
• communicate recommendations, estimates, and status
• obtain and document approvals
• address concerns
• open and maintain repair orders
• verify work-order completeness and technician documentation
• assist with invoicing
• coordinate scheduling and repair priorities with the Service Manager and shop teams
• maintain records and support process improvements.
