Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager role is hybrid in Bloomington, IL, with two remote days and three onsite days each week. Pay is $105,000 to $130,000 per year. The role provides financial planning and business-partner support to the Life Insurance and Investment teams. • Review and approve financial planning and budget recommendations
• build cross-functional business relationships

• create presentations
• manage quarterly forecasts and scenario modeling
• develop financial models for strategic priorities
• automate forecasting to improve accuracy and reduce cycle time
• manage disaster recovery plans and activities in assigned areas
• maintain contact information and communicate with non-recovery employees during a disaster
• coach and develop staff.
