Compensation is $20–$21 per year. The Counselor role is onsite in Marysville, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. as a single range; the posting lists hourly ranges by counselor tier, from $20–$21 for Counselor I to $27–$30 for licensed Counselor III. Aegis Treatment Centers provides addiction treatment services focused on compassionate, evidence-based care. The counselor supports patients’ recovery through assessments, individualized treatment planning, counseling, referrals, and risk monitoring. The role coordinates with clinical and medical colleagues to address patient needs and document care in accordance with applicable requirements and organizational policies.

What you'll do

• Orient new patients
• conduct intakes, discharge planning, assessments, and treatment planning
• administer biopsychosocial assessments and screening tools
• develop individualized treatment plans
• monitor changes and relapse indicators
• identify and escalate high-risk conditions
• provide individual and group counseling
• make referrals
• document services
• attend training, team meetings, and case conferences.
