What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and positioning. Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, companionship, and emotional support
• observe and report changes in condition, follow individualized care plans, provide medication reminders as permitted by state guidelines, and document care provided.
