Service Coordinator

What you'll do

• Communicate with customers and associates
• check in and check out items
• support turnaround of in-lab items, vendor work, transfers, and repairs
• oversee service-equipment shipping and receiving
• set up prospects and maintain customer records in NetSuite
• process parts orders
• complete in-shop repairs, calibration, and shipping where skills allow
• process service paperwork and invoices
• generate recall lists and contact customers
• answer and route service calls
• manage third-party calibration
• ensure purchase orders are received
• create purchase orders and work orders
• follow quality-system procedures.
