What you'll do
- Assess residents and create individualized service plans
- coordinate resident care and EHR/eMAR documentation
- monitor medication management
- communicate with physicians, families, and staff
- recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate care staff
- lead onboarding and ongoing training
- ensure regulatory compliance and safety
- review incident reports
- manage department budgets, staffing schedules, and medical inventory
- provide 24/7 on-call support for emergencies and community needs.
