What you'll do

• Manage and coach direct reports

• process loans and support loan-production goals
• resolve inquiries and complaints
• ensure daily transactions balance and cash is handled accountably
• monitor lending and deposit trends and expenses
• prepare month-end reports
• serve as primary branch security officer
• maintain branch facilities
• handle member calls and chats
• protect member information and comply with applicable laws and policies.
