Service Operations Coordinator

What you'll do

• Schedule field assignments
• coordinate site access, requirements, and timing with clients and contractors
• prepare service, parts, and engineering proposals
• maintain SOPs and project, service, proposal, field-report, and inventory records
• identify risks and address obstacles
• prepare status reports
• assist with resource allocation and administrative tasks
• communicate schedule changes and respond to inquiries.
