Front Desk Attendant

The Front Desk Attendant role is onsite in Houston, TX. Pay is $9 to $15 per hour. What you'll do

• Greet clients and pets
• handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries about daycare, boarding, grooming, and training
• schedule appointments, reservations, and cancellations
• check pets in and out and verify paperwork and vaccinations
• process payments and maintain billing records
• explain policies, services, and pricing
• update client accounts
• assist with dog care and supervision in reception when needed
• communicate with staff and management
• maintain a clean front desk and lobby
• resolve client concerns or escalate them
• complete basic grooming as needed.
