What you'll do

• Provide dedicated one-on-one home nursing care to pediatric patients with high-acuity needs
• build consistent relationships with children and families
• follow care plans and physician orders
• maintain current Texas RN licensure and BLS CPR certification. G-tube, trach, or ventilator experience is accepted, or the nurse may train.
