What you'll do

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items using kitchen equipment
• take responsibility for product quality
• follow portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen procedures
• stock line stations and portion ingredients
• maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• set up, restock, and organize the work area
• follow plate presentation and garnish standards
• handle, store, and rotate products properly
• assist with food preparation during off-peak periods
• close kitchen stations according to checklist
• attend scheduled employee meetings.
