Sales Administrator

What you'll do

• Process customer sales orders and verify pricing, quantities, and delivery details
• coordinate orders from receipt through shipment
• monitor status and expedite orders as needed
• respond to customer order questions and provide updates
• resolve order, shipping, and billing discrepancies with internal teams
• maintain ERP/CRM records
• prepare confirmations, invoices, and related documents
• assist with order, shipment, and sales reporting and other Sales team administration.
