• Partner with stakeholders across business functions to understand workflows and challenges
• lead interviews, workshops, and job-shadowing
• document processes using maps, swimlane diagrams, and SIPOC models
• analyze workflows for inefficiencies and duplication
• develop functional requirements for the Data & AI team
• collaborate through project lifecycles and validate outcomes
• maintain process documentation
• help prioritize process improvement and AI enablement opportunities
• communicate findings to business and technical audiences.
