What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel
• carry out security procedures and site policies
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, leasing spaces, and the property perimeter
• respond to incidents and concerns and escalate as needed
• monitor access points and report hazards, damage, maintenance concerns, or policy violations
• complete incident reports, activity logs, and patrol documentation.
