The Bilingual Preschool Teacher Assistant role is onsite in Chandler, AZ, with compensation of $15.15–$19.70 per hour. Cadence Education supports children, families, and educators through research-based curriculum in warm, home-like learning environments. Under the direction of the School Director and classroom leadership, this role helps maintain a safe, nurturing, engaging classroom and supports children’s physical, social, emotional, developmental, and behavioral needs. It assists with daily activities, curriculum implementation, family communication, and safety and licensing compliance.

What you'll do

• Support a positive, respectful classroom
• greet children and families
• assist with individual learning and developmental needs, including IEPs and behavioral plans as directed
• support curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• communicate with families and staff
• follow safety, supervision, and reporting procedures
• attend required meetings and training.
