What you'll do

• Lead all phases of medium-complexity projects or defined portions of highly complex programs.
• Supervise cross-functional teams averaging 10–30 members.
• Develop project plans and scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
• Manage project execution, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications, and stakeholders.
• Track forecasts and performance using Earned Value Management, validate expenditures, and publish metrics.
• Manage change control, documentation, closeout, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a customer and stakeholder point of contact.
