The Busser role is onsite in Austin, TX. Pay is $15–$27 per hour. Ēma is a Mediterranean restaurant at The Domain NORTHSIDE, part of Lettuce Entertain You’s restaurant group. The busser supports the service team by maintaining clean, reset tables and helping deliver an attentive guest experience. The role also assists with food and beverage service and may include Barista duties as directed.

What you'll do

• Clean and reset tables
• transport dirty dishes to the bus tub, tray, or dish room
• assist the service team with food and beverage service
• follow service steps and food-allergy procedures
• comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
• greet guests and respond courteously to their needs
• assist with Barista duties as directed.
