Certified Medical Assistant – Wellness & Weight Management

Job overview

The Certified Medical Assistant role is onsite in Greensboro, NC, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 6:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; shift hours may vary based on practice needs. Compensation is not specified. The position supports Eagle Wellness & Weight Management at Eagle Physicians. The assistant supports clinical care by preparing and documenting patient information, assisting providers with procedures, and coordinating follow-up services. The role helps the practice deliver organized, safe, and patient-focused care.

What you'll do

• Triage incoming patients
• obtain health histories and vital signs and document them in charts
• perform phlebotomy and in-house laboratory procedures
• assist physicians and advanced practice providers with office procedures
• administer prescribed medications as directed
• educate patients about illnesses, treatment plans, and medications
• coordinate referrals and home health services
• maintain equipment, supplies, exam rooms, and accurate records
• follow safety and confidentiality requirements.

Benefits & perks
