What you'll do

• Advise employees and leaders on employee relations, policies, and HR practices
• support CBA-aligned disciplinary and performance processes
• investigate and document employee relations matters
• monitor attendance and workforce metrics
• maintain employee records
• support recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and required training
• review payroll and timekeeping information
• assist with benefits administration
• support workforce planning, retention, engagement, compliance, and HR projects.

Why this role
