The Certified Medical Assistant role is onsite in Omaha, NE, with work at 72nd and Center and/or 162nd and Dodge. Compensation is hourly and based on experience; no numeric rate is specified. Mid-City OBGYN provides patient-centered women’s health services in the Omaha area. The assistant supports the care team by preparing and rooming patients, documenting clinical information, and assisting with exams and minor procedures. The role helps clinicians deliver organized, attentive care through vital-sign measurement, history collection, and clinical support.

What you'll do

• Measure and document vital signs
• obtain medication and medical history
• administer injections and perform venipuncture
• document in electronic medical records
• assist with minor in-office procedures and exams
• prepare and room patients
• and clean and stock exam rooms.

Why this role

Full-time employee schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekends or holidays. Requires a valid Nebraska Medication Aide License and Certified or Registered Medical Assistant credential through AAMA or AMT.
