What you'll do

• Design, train, fine-tune, and maintain vision, vision-language, and vision-language-action models
• build data pipelines, supervised fine-tuning workflows, and evaluation loops
• deploy and optimize models for embedded hardware using ONNX and TensorRT
• develop benchmarks and testing methods
• integrate capabilities with perception, autonomy, platform, and software teams
• improve training infrastructure and deployment workflows.
