What you'll do

• Coordinate warehouse operations, delivery scheduling, inbound and outbound processes, safety, and customer requirements
• manage customer inquiries, order entry, order status, inventory inquiries, and transportation needs
• process purchase orders and shipping confirmations
• use WMS and IT systems for inventory, shipping, receiving, picking, and put-away
• transport and stock inventory at off-site customer locations up to three times per week
• use an RF scanner and QAD system
• support safety and provide tactical sales support as needed.
