What you'll do

• Read batch records and clarify instructions as needed
• prepare tanks and equipment and bring pre-weighed materials to the production area
• mix ingredients according to instructions
• record process information in batch records and logbooks
• clean and store equipment
• perform housekeeping
• follow SOPs and safety procedures
• report discrepancies or manufacturing problems promptly.
