What you'll do

• Serve as technical quality assurance lead for assigned offices or departments
• coordinate quality assurance projects
• support quality improvement strategies
• create, present, and calibrate training sessions and materials
• report on payments, reserves, compliance, leakage, and operational performance
• follow up on audit findings and corrections
• maintain quality, quantity, and turnaround standards
• test software, websites, and other technical products
• review process specifications and validate product functions and data
• report defects and recommend solutions
• submit operational reports and corrective action plans
• participate in strategic operational calls when significant deficiencies are identified.
